Shipping Policy

This policy explains how Torimaru Ltd processes and delivers orders.

Where we deliver

We deliver to the destinations available at checkout. If your destination is not available, email info@torimaru.co.uk before ordering and we will let you know whether delivery can be arranged.

Delivery services and charges

The delivery services, prices and estimated transit times currently available for your address are shown at checkout before payment. These estimates begin when your order is dispatched and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Processing and dispatch

Ready-made products are prepared for dispatch as soon as reasonably possible. Custom Stainless Steel and Custom Carbon Fibre products require design review, approval and production before dispatch, so they may take longer than ready-made items. We will contact you if we need design information or approval.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation when your order has been sent. If no delivery period has been agreed, we will deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the order is accepted, unless we agree otherwise with you. If we cannot meet an agreed delivery period, we will contact you.

Custom-order deadlines

Production time depends on the design and material. If you need a custom item by a particular date, contact info@torimaru.co.uk before ordering. We cannot guarantee a deadline unless we confirm it with you in writing.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. Contact us immediately if it is wrong. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where permitted by law.

Delayed, lost or damaged deliveries

Carrier delays can occasionally occur. If tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within the stated delivery window, email info@torimaru.co.uk with your order number. If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send us photographs where possible so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

International orders

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, the recipient may be responsible for import VAT, customs duties or handling charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by Torimaru Ltd and are not included unless checkout states otherwise. Customs processing can also cause delays.
